Receive Orders
When a buyer purchases your item, you'll receive an instant notification via email and in-app. The item is automatically marked as reserved to prevent double sales.
Ship the Item
Package your item securely and ship it within 2 business days. Add tracking information to the order so the buyer can follow their shipment.
Get Paid
Once the buyer confirms receipt (or after 7 days), funds are released from escrow to your Stripe Connect account. Transfer money to your bank account at any time.

Selling is free — no platform fee, no commission, and no listing or payment-processing charges. Buyers pay a small buyer-protection fee on top of the item price at checkout (it covers secure payments, escrow, and dispute protection), and the seller keeps 100% of their price plus any shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the seller's location and chosen shipping method. Most items ship within 2-3 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as the seller ships your item.
Can I return an item if it's not as described?
Yes. If an item doesn't match its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll mediate between buyer and seller and can issue a refund from the escrow if needed.
How do I get paid as a seller?
You can list and sell right away — no payout setup is needed to start. To receive your earnings, connect your bank account via Stripe (a quick one-time step); payments are then released automatically after the buyer confirms delivery, or after 7 days. Track your earnings and payout history in your seller dashboard.
